I was wondering if anyone had some info on Garcia classical guitars. I was looking at my music stores collection and the guy showed me a garcia made in 1967. It had great sound to it but I just wondered if anyone had good or bad reviews for Garcias. The guitar I am looking it is all solid wood. The back and sides aren't rosewood, but some other exotic dark hard wood.

Yeah, it's not the same. Those haven't been around for very long. I am looking for info on old Garcias. I don't think they make guitars anymore, but they did in 67.

I tried to do some research and all I could find is that yea there old classicals where good. Made in Spain...but I couldn't find any current info on the company.

But there are numerous reports of the classicals, esp. in the '70's, are very very good instruments.
