eventually learn Oasis by Wonderwall. you might not be able to play it right now but get a capo and play it cuz it is a great acoustic song. Also if u are taking lessons ask your teacher for some songs. Otherwise try Theif by Our Lady Peace the chords are: Dsus, Asus, G, A, Em,C. for the order of the song click here
did that tab myself so you know its correct wink.gif

Don't know what kind of music you like to play, but look up songs you like in the tabs section here at GTU and you'll probably find a bunch that match your ability. Welcome to GTU and congrats on your new musical path.

just play G,C9, D, A.....just mess around with some basic chords. make up your own songs. Most of the songs listed use those chords anyway.

Welcome

As for some easy acoustic songs just try to learn any song you like and if its to hard it'll just take longer to get down tongue.gif but keep at it and you can play anything. Also you may want to try 12 bar blues which is very easy and fun to play in E -
E E7 A A7 E B7 E -- Thats with the added 7ths and can be lots of fun to mess around with substitutions, turn arounds etc

Have fun smile.gif

One of the first songs I learned to play on an acoustic was Black Sabbath's "Fluff." It is really easy, I think I even found it in the tab section of GTU...
