Christmas Present Help.

So I was talking to my mother and she asked me how my guitar playing was coming and I told her I was getting better but that I had a while to go. Out of nowhere she told me she was wanting to get me a guitar so when I come home for christmas she can relearn how to play(She'll probably end up keeping it but who cares). My question is what acoustic guitar should I get. She said she is willing to pay around $800 or so for one. I have a few suggestions but I need opinions and preferences. I was looking at the cheaper Breedlove Models ranging from $349 to $899, from what I've read they are really nice guitars with awesome sound and good wood for the price. I also was wondering about the Takamine EG-523SC or any model in the price range. I haven't counted Martin out quite yet but I don't really know how well the cheaper models hold up. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks again!

Lol, I knew you guys were gonna say that. Thats why I was wondering if I should or shouldn't considering that I did post saying I wanted another one. Well I can't afford it now anywayz. I just spent $600 on a plane ticket to go back home for christmas so there is no way I can afford it. I am looking for my mom. I would give her mine but I don't trust the airlines with my damn guitar so I'm not taking it with me. Plus its not for me anywayz. Trust me if I wanted to get the guitar I wouldn't say anything about it again. I'm serious about this but if you guys want to assume that i'm talking about myself then so be it. Sorry for my horrible punctuation and grammer I'm tired and want to go home from work.

Breedlove and Takamine make nice guitars in that price range. So does Alvarez. Martin has a few in that range too, but they're kind of the low-end Martins whereas that money will get you a higher-end guitar in Takamine or Alvarez (Breedlove is more of a higher-priced guitar too). Try to play one of each at a shop near where you are first then make a decision.
