Band: Kiss
Album: Destroyer
Released March 1976 and Produced by Bob Ezrin

A great Rock N Roll album by Kiss released in the bands best days. They definitly released a great album and quickly became one of America's most popular bands with thier makeup and flashy costumes. It was probably the most pop orientated album the band released in thier career.
Producer Bob Ezrin (who had done work withAlice Cooper) did a very good job with this album. it was his first year with the group. He helped the band with the great multi-layered guitars and vocals and also the sound effects featured on this album. With this better production the Kiss sound was captured very well on the album.
This album reached #11 on the charts and it featured great pop-rock classics such as "Shout It Out Loud", "Detroit Rock City", "Rock and Roll Night", "God of Thunder" (one of my personal favourites) and the power ballad "Beth". Ace Frehley powers some nice riffs on this album. Simmons bass also sounds good.
A great album you can rock n roll to. There are other good Kiss albums but this one really got a great sound from producer Bob Ezrin and the album featured some of the bands greatest hits. I give this album a 9 out of 10.
