i just want an opinion other than my own. i thought a wal-mart guitar was all i could afford. but one day as i was at a friends house, she told me she was selling her epiphone acoustic. its nice, lefty model, which rocks, has a really nice sound and tone. kim said she wanted $150 for it, but when i told her i would only have $75, she told me i could have it for that. i'm almost 100% sure its what i will get.

but i just want to know if anyone has played one. just so i can really see if my ears are really ok.

$75 for an Epi is a nice deal. If it plays good then go for it.

[COLOR=blue]I just bought one yesterday from a pawn shop. The sound is great, and I payed $119.00 plus tax. I had to takl him down from $130.00. It wasn't easy because he said alot of people looked at it. But money talks. No case came with it. Oh well. I don't think for $75.00 you could do better than your deal, Go now today before she changes her mind. PS; this is my fourth acoustic guitar I own. Good Luck!!!!!

They are nothing special, but for 75 bucks it is a good deal. They tend to be made from all the "ok" parts. Nothing super fancy but still a good sounding guitar for the price...its about 200 or so new, so you got a good deal and it will be 1000% better than anything you get from Wal-mart wink.gif

There is a fine line between insanity and genius and I think i crossed it...but what side I am on is still unclear.
