Features: level: controls the volume output, Tone: controls the tone, Gain: controls the gain

Construction: Solid. If my house were nuked this and the cochroachs would survive. (My other MXR pedals would be okay as well)

Sound: It's actually a fairly good distortion as well as an OD. It's a little hotter than a TS unit, but it really does the job well.

Ease of Use: Plug and play, turn the knobs and find a tone, not to hard.

Reliability: Hasn't failed me yet

Overall: I'd give it an 8.5 as an OD but a 9.0 as a Distortion. I am thinking I might pickup up a TS unit to give me a full range of sounds, but this works for anything medium to heavey.

Experience Level 4 years playing, pedal is approximately 2 months old.

How much did you purchase this item for?
70 euros.

Where did you purchase this item?
Had it shipped. Saw an ad.

Is this item new or used?
Neither?-)
It was unopened, thus unused, thus "new", even though I did get it from another guitarist instead of a store.

Features:
Output/Tone/Gain. Pretty straight-forward.

Construction:
I trust it more than the Boss stompbox I've got. Solid indeed.

Sound:
Good, crunchy overdrive. I don't even consider it a distortion unit, it won't turn a clean amp into a fire-breathing distortion monster... but it works excellent as either a boost (keeping the gain low and upping the output level), or to add an extra bit of crunch to an already overdriven amp. With the gain past 5, I do prefer it for rhythm stuff instead of lead, but I tend to keep the gain a bit lower. Works fine on lead and rhythm that way. Great crunchy overdrive.
I tend to keep the tone around 3-5, as it has too much "bite" for me if I roll the tone-knob past 5.

Ease of Use:
On/off. 3 knobs to turn.

Reliability:
I've had it for a little longer than a week now, so I'd be shocked if it'd already die on me...

Overall:
4/5. It's a pretty meat-and-potatoes sort of OD, without insane amounts of gain.

Experience Level
Some around 3 years of playing experience. Tested with a les paul through a JCM 800.

Features: 3 Knobs...Tone (Treble/Bass), Gain (Amount of drive), and Level (Volume)

Construction: Could be used as a weapon. Incredibly tough.

Sound: Full and transparent. When used on the clean channel it is heavy and gritty, yet very smooth. On overdrive channel it is even better; with the Level high and the Gain (semi) low, it gives you more pick attack, a tighter sound, more clarity, indefinite sustain (great for artificial harmonics), and it makes your tone cut through; great for solo-boost, although it doesn't offer much of a volume boost.

Ease of Use: Very simple to use.

Reliability: I will break down before this does.

Overall: 8/10. Great as a booster, bluesy drive, or an enhancer for the drive channel. But I will say that if you want a stand-alone distortion pedal for metal sounds, go with another pedal. Otherwise, this is the pedal for you. Doesn't require a "brown sound mod" or a "ts 808 mod" to sound amazing, sounds perfect right out of the box.

Experience Level 4 years, give or take.

Edit: Quoting Errors.
