Where did you purchase this item? firehouse music is i think where my parents got it for for me from

Is this item new or used? new

Features: nothing big, a amp distortion, a equalizer, and a clear channel

Construction: its lasted 4 years with me, so i guess not too bad

Sound: i dont really care for the amp distortion, but i really like the clear channel, i mean..its no marshall, but it does a decent job for me

Ease of Use: 10 minutes tops and you will know how to move around on it

Reliability: as said...4 years, and i still havent any problems with it

Overall: 8-10 the only reason i rate it 2 points down is because of distaste with the distortion channel, other then that...its a really nice practice amp
