now that i have an understanding of open tunings, could someone give me a site to find how to play chords in different open tunings. i'm not experienced with this, so if it is easy to read the chords, that would be good too.
thanks if anyone can help

There's quiet alot of interesting stuff on there... Very straight forward.
Hope that helps.

The clock of life is wound but once
And no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop at late or early hour
Now is the only time you own
Live, love, toil with a will
Place no faith in time
For the clock may soon be still

There's a really cool freeware program called 'NutChord' (you'll have to google it, I don't have a link.) It's GUI is a little funky, but it's the only chord finder you'll ever need. Kind of like the swiss army knife of chord books.
Just an idea... Not an actual serving suggestion.
