To often we loose sight of life’s simple pleasure, remember when someone annoys you it takes forty-two muscles in your face to frown. BUT, it only takes four muscles to extend your arm and b%^&*-slap the motha'@#$%^& .

There are lots. A great deal of tunes can be done using only those chords effectively. A decent one that I often suggest to beginners is a simplified acoustic version of the Hendrix tune "Hey Joe". The progression is G-C-D-A-E.

[G]..... [C]Hey Joe,....[D]where you [A]goin' with that [E]gun in your hand?

And that's it. I think of it as a good beginning guitarist tune because it uses all of the five "open" (from the nut) chords. And as skill-level increases, can be made more and more complex.
Un-plugged is not the same as
never-was-plugged-in-to-begin-with.

Power chords are easy, but relatively useless musically. Bar Chords are great, it's best to go ahead and start learning songs with them in it cause you're gonna have to learn them anyway and you might as well learn them playing something you like.

Ben Harper uses basic chord progressions, Burn One down is a fav. of mine.

I noticed you didn't have any barre chords...for your F try:

e--0
B--1
G--2
D--3
A--3
E--0

Which is a little harder than a C but you can still get a F sound...I use/used that until I was able to do regular full barres.

Here's one that I mess with...

Chords: E G x 3
e-X---X-----3--3--3--3
b-0---0-----3--3--3--3
g-1---1-----0--0--0--0
d-2---2-----0--0--0--0
a-2---2-----X--X--X--X
E-0---0-----X--X--X--X
--D---D----D--D--U--D

Chords E G A E
e-X---X-----3--3--3--3---0---0--0---X
b-0---0-----3--3--3--3---2---2--2---0
g-1---1-----0--0--0--0---2---2--2---1
d-2---2-----0--0--0--0---2---2--2---2
a-2---2-----X--X--X--X--X---X--X---2
E-0---0-----X--X--X--X--X---X--X---0
--D---D----D--D--U--D---D--D--U---D

Strummin: U, up stroke, D is Down stroke

IN that final section, you can repeat with a D instead of a A and it makes it finish better...

Hope that helps some,
