Hi guys,

I'm seem to be growin older and have picked a strange affinity for Paul Simon at the moment . I like the whole fingerpickin style he has, very rhythmic. Problem being with Me and Julio (not fingerpicked, I know) has a catchy riff at the start. What chords is he strummin here and is it capoed? Closest I got was with A barre, D6, E6. Still not good enough though.

Anyway on the subject, how do you guys rate him as a guitarist? Watched the show when he played with everybodys favourite big thumbed, big word using, catchy tune writing guitarist, John Mayer. Quite cool.

Another point, I read a few posts on here about resting fingers on the guitar when F/P , luckily I can do both but point being Paul Simon rests both M and A on the guitar when playing Homeward Bound on the show
