hello, maybe someone can help. I am new to the classical guitar, I need strings and I am not sure what to buy, high or regular tension, balled ends or regular? Any ideas?

get nylon strings, they don't come with balled ends as far as i know. have a look at the saddle of your guitar, it's probably got the strings wound round and kind of fastened by a knot.
high tension strings are harder and produce a louder sound, good for flamenco stuff, but also good if you just like being louder. normal tensioned strings are really soft strings, so it depends what you want. i'm using normal tensions at the moment, but i've used hard tensioned strings and been fine with them. they aren't much harder really.
i use d'addario strings, clear nylons normal tension (or hard). their black nylons are more for flamenco playing, so unless you're into that style of music just go with the clear ones. also, get them to teach you how to put them on, or go online and check it out. there was a site i used before when i was first learning how to string my classical. its much harder to string a classical than it is to string a steel strung acoustic.
and don't worry if it keeps going out of tune, nylon strings need to stretch. should be alright in about a week though.
