when i first heard this song, i heard the excert "you can't go on thinking nothing's wrong." Since it was played during a webcast about Live 8, I guessed the lyric came from a song promoting the event, only later to find out it was done by The Cars, and was about driving. I feel lied to!

Ocasek isnt dead. He is a producer now. Works with Weezer on occasion. Benjamin Orr sang the vocals on "Drive" which was one of the Cars' biggest hits. It's also a great song.

Why would you think it was about Live 8? That song is like 20 yrs old.
