what songs should i learn

alright ive ben playin for about nine months I can play somethings but not many simple chord progressions and stuff like that the hardest song i know is under the bridge by red hot chili peppers and i cant play the intro any suggestions?

Depends if you just want to play, or play and sing.
If you want to sing, find your range, the highest and lowest notes you can sing, and choose songs in your range. And sing songs you like and know. Especially if you're just starting out. Don't go for complicated songs at first.
If you just want to play, again, play what you like. You should know what you like.

Hi guys again,
I know this thread has been done to death many times but beginner guitarist dont know that do they. lol.
Play what you like and what is achievable dont try anything too hard that will put you off.
I have just had my first real guitar break in 3 years of playing i had become stale and couldnt get it together anymore.
over a month i didnt play or even want to, but now. its back and i love it more than ever, and that is saying something.
just spend time practicing simple chord progressions and things, hell thats what i am doing and i have had a month off. cant even change to "F" properly at the moment keep fluffing it.
