I usually just play an electric at home but need an acoustic since they are charging $100 canadian to rent a guitar for the year anyway. i am looking for something under $400 canadian and want something decent, but doesnt need to be fantastic. Also, i dont need any pick ups built in, i just want a normal acoustic.

Thanks for your help!

Alvarez also makes pretty decent guitars for not a lot of money. I have heard Seagull guitars (which might be a Canadian company) are a decent value.

One of the best guitars I ever bought was a 220$ (USD) washburn D10S.

I suggest looking at those.

Don't fool yourself, she was heartache from the moment that you met her.

I have a D10S and would definitely second the recommendation. Also, if you look around a bit they can be found cheaper. I got a blemished one from musicians friend for $130 US with shipping, and still have no idea what the blemish was.
