Serious congrats on gettin' your guitar soon. If you've never played a guitar before, don't quit. I know people who've quit because they said it "hurt" so much. As far as I'm concerned, write a song about it. =)

nice!

i have a a friend (beginner) who bought a guitar at Guitar Center, a week goes by and he notices that the neck is like a banana. well, not that bad, but being a beginner it's not something he noticed. he takes it back and they fix it no problem, but since i have been showing him some chords and letting him play my acoustic, he told me that he hoped they would have to exchange it because he would rather have an acoustic.
