there's some nice songs in this tuning, notably "going to california" by led zeppelin, but i wondered if anyone had any other songs and chords for the tuning that work well on an acoustic? thanks in advance.
i've been trying for hours, just to think of what exactly to say.
i thought i'd leave you with a letter or a fiery speech,
like when an actor makes an exit at the end of a play.

Black Water by the Doobie Brothers is played with this tuning. That's the only other song I know of that uses that tuning though.

Lets try this again (Last post deleted 'cause I thought it was DGdgbd)

Chords for Dadgbd...

The names are changed but most chord forms will work O.K.

002220 002210 022000 003210 000210 etc.

at a loss for songs though. (sorry)

Just an idea... Not an actual serving suggestion.

Take a look at Neil Young! Cinnamon Girl and the Loner are both written in DADGBD tuning!
