Try Romanza (also known as Spanish Romance and the sort) It was the first classical song I learned. It's a basic little bit of high E, B, G strings down in a constant motion. It sounds easy, but the fingering positions you've got to go through on the fret board can throw you off. It's what you're looking for I think.

beethoven on classical guitar? i think not. you'd never get it punchy enough.
bach is good, though the counterpoint never comes out quite as good. vivaldi's lute concerto in G is good, the largo bit, very pretty (though i may have completely screwed the title up. it's been ages since i played it).
go for stuff by carulli or tarrega. good site for classical is http://www.classtab.org.

Thats actually Spanish guitar and I learned that tune 4 years ago when I started playing, too easy for my standards because of the way its written.

I downloaded some Beethoven and Mozart stuff from Powertabs that is for classical guitar, its just arranged from violin or whatever. I want to learn some Mozart stuff especially cause the band I am in is doing a concert as a celebration of the anniversary of Mozart's birth and I will be playing some classical guitar in it so I want to familiarize myself with the music a bit more than I do.

Alright, I often consider Spanish-style guitar playing classical since they do have quite a few similar features in terms of playing. I am ignorant to any major differences that may lie in between them, so please forgive. I was also unaware of how much experience you had, but at least I know 4 years ago this might have been good advice.

if you were looking for piano music i'd be able to help you. i'm not too keen on music written for keyboard being played on the guitar though, the effect doesn't come out quite as well.
have you seen amadeus? it's a good movie on mozart, though not entirely accurate, and it seems i've veered off topic

Bach minuets are always really fun. Any of John Dowland's stuff. or you could just go to ... http://www.classtab.org/ and knock yourself out for a couple of years.
Just an idea... Not an actual serving suggestion.
