my guitar's been under my bed for a long time nd now ive to tune it

Go there, it should teach you the basics of ho to tune your guitar, and more advanced stuff.

At the pointy end of the guitar are little white peggy thingys.

Online tuner This might help, also remember that if you play the 5th fret of every string it should sound exactly the same as the string above it except for the G string which is the fourth fret.
