OK, I bought this acoustic (It is a Gretsch G-1653 Synchromatic, BTW) at a Mr. Entertainment store at a local mall. Anyways, I have tried looking this guitar up, and have found nothing, so I think my acoustic may be a rare one. Could anyone please comfirm this?

I still can't tell you if its rare or not, but I just looked at the guitar on Google. All the sites the popped up concerning guitars and that company were in another language. I personally don't know what language it was, I think Dutch, but I'm not going to say for certain.
Whether its rare or not, I don't know, but it does seem to me like those guitars are at least rare in the US.

yea possible rare in america... though just because you did a search on a guitar website, and didnt find it, doesnt make it rare, it makes it not in that particular guitar website's database
