Every 'wiki' page has a unique talk page for discussion about that page. For example, a lesson's disussion page might have comments on the lesson or messages of appreciation for the author.
It's set up so that each time you click "Discuss this page" or "Talk" from the rest of the website, it will go to (as well as create if not already made) a topic in this forum dedicated to that page.
Make sense?
So you shouldn't actually post new topics in this forum directly. The website makes new topics here automatically when people choose to 'Discuss' or 'Talk' from one of (wiki) pages.
