Thanks for the post what im looking for is more of a fill in wether an arpeggio or something else in the end where he sings "Oh Lord, stuck in Lodi again". With everything capoed on 3rd position, I start off in the key of A and then in the last verse I change keys to G. During the first verses, since I'm in A, at the end of the last line I'm stepping down from a D to an A. I'm pretty comfortable in arpeggio stepdowns in G, where you commonly step down from C to G, but I have never done one from D to A, and when I make the notes sound "correct" it puts my fingers in a very awkward position to finish it off, so I was looking to see if anyone had an easier or better way. To me, it seems I'm making it a lot harder than what it should be, so I figured I might be doing something wrong or it could be done better. I hope this makes sense, that is the damnest thing about this internet stuff, sometimes when you think you know what you are saying, no one else does.....
BTW, would is still be called an arpeggioed stepdown if you dont go in order on the strings. Sometimes to add a little variety I will play the middle first, then the first second, etc.
Thanks for the help!!!
