Alright, so in short, I have a two second clip of an MP4 video that I want to turn into an animated GIF. I've tried taking screenshots of each frame and putting it together, but it turns out real choppy and bad. I tried converting to AVI and running it through Adobe ImageReady, but apparenty the AVI encoder on my computer is screwed up so when I do convert the video ImageReady doesn't recognize it as a valid AVI file.

Any other suggestions?

That claims to be able to do it but it will give you a watermark on the output.
