Q1, how much (uk) money does it cost to get one tunes

Q2, what is the best way to restore scratched and worn wood

Q3, would there be anything to dampen the sound as it is up agaist a wall behind which is the next door neighbor

please help

1) No clue.
2) You can get furniture polish with wax in it that will "fill" in scratches.
3) Pull it away from the wall so it doesn't reverberate directly into the wall and if that doesn't work, place a towel or blanket between the wall and it and that will help a small bit.

My mom had an upright piano, and we just pulled it maybe a 1/2 inch away from the wall, and slipped a heavy decorative blanket over the back to dampen the sound. It seemed to work pretty well. Didn't look too shabby either...
