I had used my pass word pretty close to daily, at least weekly, for over five years. Then I go to log in on Monday and couldn't. I tried like ten times on my home computer, I tried from my office computer. Nothing worked. No, I didn't forget the password I know it by heart and use it for more than one purpose.(I am an a+ certifide computer tech. No, it wasn't my computer.)

My password was only 4 characters long so it might have been a system thing, but, it's a pain in the azz to spend a week looking at the forums and not being able to say anything.

If this isn't a bug, could I get an e-mail next time? huh.gif

Thanks
-rasav
Just an idea... Not an actual serving suggestion.

Not sure what happened yet, but yes everybody is having this problem. Rob knows and is looking into it, so try to be patient.

To those of you who have a current email address on file, change your password as that seems to be working. Everybody else is going to have to wait until he figures out what's wrong.

It will email you a new password and then you may log in and change it back to whatever it was.

I'm also having this problem and no longer have access to the E-mail that was originally registered with this site.

This is matt_theripper, FYI.

I can't though, because I still can't log in and I can't get into the e-mail account that I used to start the original account since it got hacked a few years ago. If that were the problem I would have figured it out, I wish it were as easy to fix as that.

Thanks for the advice though smile.gif.

I'm on it. Sorry for the delay. I will restore everyone's password. I think I've figured it out wink.gif

Again, sorry for the delay. I've been busy with some other work.

Cheers,

Ok, would everyone please try LOGGING OUT and then logging back in again to test this? Use your new password if you requested a new one via e-mail OR your OLD password if you did not request a new one via e-mail. Then please reply here with your results.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers,
Rob
