Right now, my GeForce 7800 GS drivers are uninstalled. If I install them, my computer (running on Windows XP Home) gives me the BSOD right before the screen where I pick my username should appear. The cause of the problem says the blue screen, is a nv4_disp.dl file. This is why I uninstalled the drivers, and was able to get on without going through safe mode.
I've googled the problem and it turns out it's pretty common. But most people have the problem when they try to play a high quality game like Bioshock or something. I can't even access my computer with it.
So, any ideas on what I should do to fix this?

After tinkering with stuff for about a week, the problem seems to be gone. There's no telling what changed, nor what caused the problem. I'm leaning towards an insufficient power supply, but I don't know for sure.
