Something like that. The Music Publishers' Association has threatened legal action against sites that post tabs and the legality of it all is being sorted out now.

I can't find any of the tabs I'd done and submitted to GTU there.

A lot of the tabs were removed due to lyrics. I know only a few of mine are still left there.

At least two of mine that aren't there were instrumentals. And looking around a bit I saw some tabs with complete lyrics. Still, I guess it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick for those looking for tabs.

No worry: the original database with lyrics... the one we had before the edit... is not lost.

(Actually, the major changes and extentions of copyrighted musical, literary and artistic works in the US came during the Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton administrations, those presidents signing them into law.)

It happens with many tab sites. Owners of sites are forced to move tabs from the web, "because of copyrights".
I think that's not fair - because many tabs are not like original songs but just something that sounds litle bit like original.

I found complicasy in another part of the website - signatures in that forum are TOO BIG. And it's hard to read the thread because it takes to scroll too much huh.gif
TabTown.com - here I find tabs

CardsHeaven.com - here I send e-cards

Klimka.com - here I live :)
