Pop-up keeps... popping up now most of my programs don't work. Rate Topic: -----

This keeps popping up when I try to open WMP, winRAR, etc.
It says "The pocedure entry point SetLayeredWindowAtributes could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll."

Anything?

Download and run both Adaware SE Personal and Spybot Search and Destroy, sounds like malicious software to me.

restarting seems to have worked, but it is acting a little funky, so I'll do that.

Also download CCleaner and give the registry a cleaning.
