But have you guys noticed on Facebook or *snicker* Hi5, that youtube screen, where it's a screen and all you need to do is push the play button on the middle of the screen? Is it possible to get it here? Is that some kind of special deal they have with each other? Just thought I'd throw that out there.

You need to use the "embed" link on the video site. However, this board doesn't allow us to post HTML so it won't work.

It takes a lot of extra coding to support embedding with video, the forums that do have them generally are being run by guys who are extremely experienced with HTML web design. I don't know if Invision Power Board supports video embedding, most likely it does but there are a lot of reasons why we don't have it here. The big issue is especially since we have troubles with spammers, the last thing we need is them posting porn video embeds that lead to sites that contain viruses, not to mention when you have kids who might be browsing the forums, people might wind up linking to content that is more suited for adults.

very few people would be able to have fun with it and make HTML entertaining. everyone else will mess it up making it annoying.
