MFT Reserved Zone Resize? Rate Topic: -----

Does anyone know how to reduce the size of the MFT reserved zone below the current 12.5%?
I have a 150gb HDD, 54gb already used and my MFT file is 120mb.
I find it a little silly that my reserved zone has to be nearly 19gb when my MFT is only 120mb when my HDD is 1/3 used.
I know it wont speed up my computer or anything, because that 19gb isnt actually being used, its just a safety net, but i was just wondering if its possible to change it below the 12.5% standard
