I'm not sure you're using the right measurements. A 10" saddle (10" means ten inches) would be monsterous for a saddle on a guitar (let alone a 16"). I also tried using millimeters. A 10mm saddle would be very very small (about this <-------> long) and a 16mm not much longer. (Both much smaller than the nut, which is probably 1 3/4" or 1 11/16.") Can you clarify what you mean?

Okay, that makes more sense! Generally simple saddle-blanks are carved to custom specifications or pre-shaped saddles re-carved with simple changes made and so there isn't a big selection available because carving a saddle from a simple blank is no big thing. (There have been several posts in this forum on doing it.) There are a few places where you can buy pre-shaped bone saddles (or blanks) like Stewmac.com or Elderly Instruments. Either of those can also supply pick-guards or pickguard material blanks.

Anyway, I hope that helps and welcome to GTU.
