Old Account Problems

Is it possible that one of the mods could delete my old account, sorry for having to post this but on my old account i posted question which are v.stupid and i don't want a possible employee to find them, hope someone can help...

You may delete your own topics, but what is the likelihood of an employer finding your account? Is it just your real name?

Mods don't have the power to delete accounts and I'm not certain, but I don't believe ombs do either.

But nobody can get onto their old accounts, mine doesn't work so i can't delete the topics... Or could you delete my old topics?

That depends entirely on which forum you posted them in and how many there are, but I don't know who your old account is.

Also, Graeme is right, you should be able to get in though unless its at guitartabs.cc. I can actually log in maybe a tenth of the time I try (Although I haven't in a while)

Unless someone knows where to look and what to look for, and is dead-set out to embarrass you or get dirt on you, I think you might be in the clear. Don't stress it so much.

It's not very likely that anyone will find those old topics. Especially on Guitartabs.cc.. the traffic there is very low, seeing as how the whole sit is all but broken.

the thing is though that when i google my name/ email address the account comes up and on the account main page there are all the stupid questions... happy.gif hope you can help

There's nothing to suggest that you're the same person as your account though. I could type anyone's name into google and find an account on some forum or other, but unless their profile gives the game away (yours certainly doesn't apart from your age which you have previously set. delete that part) then I could be looking at anyone's profile. Seriously dude, relax. You're getting worked up over nothing. Ig you want to continue using the GTU forums, just make a new account, and don't reference your real name or your location or anything like that. You'll be fine.

As for the stupid questions, we all asked those once upon a time happy.gif

I think this is his new account, and he's worried about his old one. Which may or may not be on Guitartabs.cc ... in which case, he's probably out of luck.
