well im looking at a new bass amp, prefferably a half stack, because i think that's the kind of power im going to need, but i need it on a budge. i was looking at the acoustic 600 watt head from acoustic, but i dont want to use the big ass ugly cab that it needs, for portability reasons, and overall sound.
so what could i get on a budget to use with this head?
would the 200 watt work just dandy for a 5 piece rock band (the amp i currently have is only 100 watts but it is totally lost in the mix)?
and are there any other suggestions for amps other than the acoustic?
