Hey hey,

I bought a bass second hand to take up as a second instrument, it was pretty cheap for what he said, new at £1000 and has had a fair bit of play. No idea if its true, Ive been looking online to try and find the actual model but no luck. Maybe someone can help.

Main points as far as my knowledge goes:

Its an Ibanez (says SDGR Soundgear by Ibanez on the head);
Its a 4 string;
S/N F0026872, Says Japan underneath;
1 Pickup has DXJ written on it;
Ignore the sticker its the name of the bass amp it came with.

looks like their current sr500 model but i am by no means an ibanez expert so i have no idea if that is a new model, or if it's even close, but just looking at their website that's what it appears to be

Thats a fine looking bass though, nice and humble looking.
