I have seen an ad some years ago in a musicians magazine it was about a Yamaha semi acoustic foldable guitar at an affordable price. I dont seem to find it back on the internet. Doing some research I've seen a fold up electric guitar but its price was exorbitant. As I'd like to own one of those (I'm sick of carrying the case) I was wondering if some of you have seen and played one and whether you'd buy one if it was affordable? Do you think they're built to last? I'd be very tempted if I found a good offer. Ideally it has to be a semi acoustic.

I am not surprised no one has seen the "fold up" guitar. I was doing more search but all I found was the DeVillain's Centerfold I was talking about... no trace of semi acoustic (or even coustic laugh.gif)

The "Centerfold" looks like this:

Looks good but the price is not: 2600 euros. The semi acoustic I saw in that ad was about 75 euros so yeah... strike that. I'll have to keep on carrying cases.
