Obviously, the entire song isn't what I'm after.

I'm wondering what Mastodon did different at the fill before the solo at around 2:42-2:45, I spent a good hour and a half fiddling around but it was all in vain.
Pretty sure the song can be heard on Mastodon's Myspace.
