Whats wrong with my amp?

Pull the amp out of the chassis and look to see that the wires are still connected. Also, look at your speaker and make sure the wires are hooked up. If that fails, check to see if your speaker is blown. Visually, the cone can be separated from the coil. The best way is to grab a multimeter and test the speaker's resistance. Disconnect the speaker wires, set the multimeter to ohms, put one probe on each tab, and take a reading. If it reads infinite, the speaker is blown because the current from one probe is not making it at all over to the other probe (thus, infinite resistance).
Also, while you have the amp out of its chassis, take a look at the board and look for any burn marks. DO NOT TOUCH THE POWER CAPS. They can discharge into your body, and you can get inured or die.

what was the last thing you were doing w/ that amp.
Did you induce a lot of input signal (as in cranked everything up to the max)? You may not have, I just have to ask because I think all of us have at one point or another.
what kind of amp is it?

It looks like on the Princeton 650 (this one) there are four screws on the top of the cab. Remove those, and the amp should slide out.
thanks i opened up the amp and its not the speaker and i replaced the fuse but still nothing any ideas on what it could possibly be?
