Ok so ive had many gigs before. But recently me and my friend signed up for an acoustic gig at a place. Were thinking of doing a 5-6 song set that will blow people away so here are the songs we've got so far....

Needle And The Damage Done - Neil Young
Mellisa - Allman Brothers
Life By The Drop - Stevie Ray Vaughn(were making our own solo for this)

All good songs for 2 guitarists, except Needle And The Damage Done. Can someone give me some good 2 guitarist songs that will just blow an audience away. Thanks

Look at "Embryonic Journey", an old tune acoustic tune by Jefferson Airplane (on Surrealistic Pillow, Worst of Jefferson Airplane, and Best of Jefferson Airplane albums). Written by Jorma Kaukonan (he also did it on one of his Hot Tuna albums), it's a very impressive-sounding tune. It's moderately difficult to perform as a solo tune, but much easier with two guitars (one maintaining the alternating bass-line).
Un-plugged is not the same as
never-was-plugged-in-to-begin-with.

John Jackson -My Teacher and My Old Friend

When the roll is called up yonder he'll be there

i forgot to add.... Tenacoius D (jack black and kyle gass) always gets people going. you might wanna try Tribute (it's a stairway to heaven tribute), or Kielbasa Wonderboy is a good one too.

I don't know how but it could be possible to arrange Wild Horses for two acoustics.

Ohio by neil young might sound cool on acoustic (haven't tried)

Layla (unplugged) is always a hit.

Hotel California or Take it Easy maybe.

Tequila Sunrise by The Eagles is a grand one.

When a friend and I Play acoustic, we ALWAYS play Hotel California and Wonderful Tonight. Wonderful Tonight has a good nice lead guitar for the simple rythm, and its just one of those songs that gives you that "gitty" feeling, where you can sense that everyone is impressed.
