To the great acoustic guitar makers out there, but especially Yamaha! biggrin.gif I've recently re-fallen in love with my acoustic Yamaha LL-11E with electric pick-up. I forgot about it for a month while it was sent away to be repaired, but now it's back I just love it.
So, I thought it'd just be interesting for everyone to post one guitar (one!) which has really brought them into guitaring, and will always be their favorite.
Good old Yamah LL-11e for me smile.gif

I got into proper guitaring by a SX DG-25 dreadnaught acoustic. Now, I have my Takamine which is a great guitar, but I'll always keep the SX, be it only for messing, too. 'Twas my first guitar after all. wink.gif

That vintage Martin of my dad's. The model number is long since forgotten and it's battered and worn-out, but I love it anyway. Everything sounds and feels right. It's inspiring in itself.

i have an Olympia OD-5. i've played other acoustics and nothing sounds the same. as posted on the string thread, with martin mediums, it's an amazing sounding guitar. i've got a picture here on the site down at the bottom.

My oakman really got me into guitar, the black acoustic electric. I'm still fair fond of it.

My thanks and my precious memories are for Ibanez. My first real guitar with a
real sound.
