My favorites are:

Led Zepplin - Over the Hills and Far Away
Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead or Alive
Guns and Roses - Patience
Incubus - Drive
Cat Stevens (or Mr. Big) - Wild World
John Cougar - Jack and Diane

but, since I pretty much exclusively play acoustic, it's cool to play alot of eletric stuff "unplugged"....

How about Steven Stills' playing in Suite Judy Blues Eyes from Crosby Stills and Nash, circa 1968 or so? Fantastic player.
