Just in case someone might want this.....cough-cough.....(Adam)....cough-cough..... laugh.gif

CODE
Back-bracing

Okay, hope this makes sense! (And this is fairly close but
not perfect. I'm scaling it through the sound hole). The
neck-block dimension A is about 1 1/4, Aa is about 2 1/2,
which makes it about 3 3/4 to the first brace C (which is
about 1/2 high and 1/4 thick with a rounded top). From
brace C to brace D is about 3". Brace D is the same size
as C (1/2x1/4). From brace D to brace E is about 3 1/4".
Brace E is thicker than the others (about 1/2 high x 3/8
or more thick). From brace E to brace F (another 1/2 hi x
1/4 wide one) is about 3 1/4". The neck-block dimension B
is about 2 1/2 (but was hard to be accurate in there due
to the little bevelled corners to the inside face (which
was 1 3/4 approx.). Running down the center are pretty
thin spacers about 3/4 to 7/8 wide and maybe 1/32 to 1/16
thick, smoothed and slightly rounded on the edges toward
the back.

Ive been watching things on ebay a bit lately not bidding just watching.Im still not sure about it myself. But it seems to me the bids stay very low until the last few minutes then the dealers move in and it rockets.Ive seen it happen a number of times with a few fiddles i was watching now.One jumped to from £60 up to £500 od in the last two minutes.

Wow, theres quite a jump...

I'm after a nice archtop to do up. I was thinking on stripping the paint, and giving it a nice blonde finish... No electrics, just as an acoustic... Maybe make it a slide acostic. Only thing is I havent come accross much very cheap yet. I could prolly' get a cheap body, and neck and put it togeather, but I dont think i'm up to that... laugh.gif

I'd love to build my own guitar.
