Why?? Oh, Why!!??

I mean, I pick the damn thing up every day, with the same good intention...some days, it will NEVER sound in tune, no matter how I tweak the strings; and I sound like the arse end of a very large and overlly-flatulent creature of the bovine persuasion.....but TONIGHT!!!

Could NOT do a thing wrong...sounded like a dream as soon as I picked it up...never missed a note....even the cats were purring in appreciation (well, not quite, but you get my drift!!)

ups and downs. Like anything in life, your body usually doesn't quite do what you want it to do. You know where to put that bloody index finger, but the index finger doesn't want to go there.

Ah well. Think of it this way, the more bad days you have, the more you appreciate the good days.

...not that I believe that, myself, but just...lie a bit to yourself, I suppose.
