chorus:
em
d ( xx0230) (lowest to highest)
am
the bridge goes:
c
slide up to this: x54030
em
theres a bit for the pre chorus that is just am to c
the verse is too long to and confusing for me to tab, on oztabs it has it anyway but not as correct as my version.
damn straight its a pretty tune! so happy i am seeing this in concert soon

the rest is pretty easy to play around with and work it out. you'll notice with some of the notes, you have to let them ring but hat is easy to work out. oh yeh one more tip, in the tab dadfad posted, the d in the bridge should actually be played like this: x54030 cos you will see and hear in the video that she slides up to that one.. sounds better that way
well i hope i helped you, tell me if u need anymore help. good luck

In the bridge area from approximately 2:43 to 3:03 I've tentatively narrowed it down to these possibilities.....
024000 024000
055000 055000
077500 035000
035000 057700 or 057000
057000 079900 or 079000
022000
024000
055000
035500
077500
577000
at approx. 3:03 moving to.....003500 or 003530 or 007500
(I might be reading too much into it. She could be just using a really simple movement like 035000 to 057000, etc too and her fingers just look like they're holding more complex chord-forms because you can't see them clearly on the video.)
