I decided to try out some new tunings today but i wanna learn a song in DADF#AD anyone know any good ones?

put a capo on the 2nd fret and learn She Talks to Angels or Little Martha.

How would I get a F# if my tuner, POS im sure, only has EADGBe ?

Tune your 3rd-string down to match the 4th-fret of your 4th-string. When you strum the open chord you'll be able to tell if it's in tune or not.
Un-plugged is not the same as
never-was-plugged-in-to-begin-with.
