I've had my Zoom G2.1U for justs over a year and really enjoy it. Sounds great and is holding up like a champ. Anyone aware of a patch-sharing site? The old Zoom pedals had a few that were great - made creating and adapting patches so simple.
Thanks.

I also have one, so i would also be interested in a patch sharing site.

I've just got the G2. Does that rule me out of this game?

Give it some time. People are still messing with it to get the sound they think emulates a certain band/sound the best.
Though I think there is/was a yahoo group for it. I'll google it, as should you tongue.gif

EDIT: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/zoomg2
you'll need to join it though

Thanks 100th... I've joined the Yahoo gorup and hope it's helpful. Regarding Google searching, that's what led me to this group since reviewing 15 pages of Google results yielded zilch in terms of patch sharing.

I'll report back to the group about the Yahoo site.

Can you guys use that pedal and play direct into USB to PC? If yes, that unit is all worth the $160+US...

Interestingly, I read the reviews and laughed at some of the comments because I found myself in this weird position. I used the RP200 with a total of 4 effect that I programmed in but I forgot that if you are at the 4th setting to get back to the 1st setting, you have to tap 4 times pretty quick or sometimes if you step too long, the unit takes over and higtails it 10 settings away. LOL Happen to me live.. I was like oh ######....totally lost my place. HAHHAHAHA

Thats exactly what I use mine for. Its also an amazing unit to have while travelling. I went to my cottage for 2 weeks last summer and brought it with me. Tons of good quality effects, lots of drum loops and the ability to record.

I got mine for $150 Canadian cash.

You got it NEW or USED? I asked L&M they have it $200 +tax NEW.

How do you record your play? I have a BOSS RC-2 which record my guitar rhythm and I just play the lead/solo on to it (Overdubbing).

Can this G2.1u do that?
