Hey all,
I'm new to recording and i think I've got everything set up right. I can record my guitar in Audacity and playback fine. The only problem is, I can't hear myself through the speakers as I record. I was wondering if this is normal, or if there was a way to fix this. Any help is appreciated. If you need more info on my setup, please ask. Thanks!

I'm not sure that you'd want to - because your mic woudl record you playing again and it woudln't be a very good effect?...

Youll need headphones if you want to hear yourself whilst recording

You don't need anything to do that...
It's very simple:

Go to Files -> Preferences -> Audio l/O -> Check "play other tracks while recording new one"
