But I think "Never See Your Face Again" by Maroon 5 with Rihanna is really really catchy.

It's so high. Is it the falsetto that annoys you? Muse is one of my favorite bands. A lot of people rag on his falsetto.

I felt that it was just a song. I honestly don't see the catchiness here, pessimism asside, I heard absolutely no chorus here.

I loved the video, though. Although unrealistic, people who have had sex but don't agree with eachother tend to simply forget the other existed, rather than make music together.

It's not the falsetto pitch, it's the tone, sounds like it's from the back of the throat, almost a choking sound, like he's forcing it way too much.

Unless, apparently, you're Adam Levine and Rihanna.

Oh. Well sometimes to hit the notes you gotta do that. Right? unsure.gif I did a piano and vocal cover of Almost Lover to put online and I have a horrible voice plus I was sick so it doesn't sound great but because I can't hit the notes audibly without really pushing... Well... Yeah...

Good point

Maroon 5 is definitely one of the most mediocre pop/rock bands IMO.

Eh I wouldn't say mediocre, because I think some of their stuff is catchy.
Just for clarification, when I say catchy, I just mean it gets stuck in your head and I like the beat.

To a certain extent, all pop bands are the same though.

You've probably never heard of them but the Subways are a great alternative band and on their new album, All For Nothing, they put out this song called Alright and it's my least favorite on the album because it sounds like pop. It sounds just like the All American Rejects or something.

I remember, once...a man asked me a question I couldn't answer. I tore his tongue out and ate it.

It was alright. I don't dig the melody as much as some other pop music. Also, I'd feel good about having a more expansive taste in music than bats and troy.

Good point, I guess.

I'm actually doing random searches on YouTube trying to find some new good indie music to download...

I have an interestingly varied preference of music.

Hm. I think she has an interesting song selection.

Umbrella ella ella.

Found this while looking for the Maroon 5 video..

She really shouldn't have stopped lip syncing.
