I'm guessing this guy learned to play like that due to him missing part of his finger. I'd like to know the story behind that, of how he decided to learn to play on his lap or did he know how to play guitar then had an accident with his hand?

In the early 80's I wanted to play rock music. I am a long time playing this way:

Has the effect of two instruments: lead guitar and drums.
Eventually, I began to play more complex music without a pencil.
With regard to musical preferences, then I listen to music of all styles!

I do not know much English, so translation may be inaccurate.
Injury has not affected my playing style

Clip about the city where I live and that inspired me to many tunes ... Strict, but romantic at the same time .... Novocherkassk left his mark on the history of Russia. He is known to all as the world capital of the Cossacks. In this city there is something fascinating and unforgettable. Houses and streets keep the spirit of former times, who does not hide behind the modern signs. Creator of the video - a musician, writer, poet and producer Paul Dobrynin.
