How depressing that the thing that made my day was smoked cheddar cheese...my lack of movement has made it harder to report of anything better...

That's one of those awesome things I never remember to buy.

i like baking grated cheddar in the oven to make wafers. then when they are still warm roll them up with a slice of deli meat. easiest snack ever
