Thanks! I guess I posted most of the songs on it in here, so you guys might've heard some of them, but I'd like to know how they work as a package.

I reworked the track listing so that the first and second tracks are swapped. Think it works better that way.

hehe package.

So far: Forgive my bluntness Reese, I'm short on time and I think Ive known you long enough to take away the fluffy stuff :)

1. I dont think track 1 should be the first track. Its very...powerful in its genre, its misleading for the the rest of the album (what I've heard of it so far)
2. I like 'We've got enough' a lot. Absolutely my favourite so far. Youve done a lovely job with your lyrics. 1 suggestion (probably way too late)
A stagnant fragrance,
I've dealt with my anger,
You've let go of our friendship,
Making us perfect strangers, which makes us perfect strangers
I think that would flow better rhythmically.
Interlude after the first chorus might be a tiny bit long. (kind of doorsy is it?)
Also when you come back after that its all on, and stays all on till the end, theres not much variation, maybe play with taking out and putting back or softening one of those voices. hmmm.
3. Why isnt it playing? Oh didnt push play. Right.
aah why does it sound so offbeat at the start? Reese, I'm lost, what is this? It sounds like part of a school production. I dont think I like it. :( I'm sorry
4. Hehe love the little flutey sound in there. I think that one was cute and that it would grow more each time I listened to it.

I've got to go back to work. Back later Reese. But so far I would take tracks 1 and 3 and move them on down the list.

I've struggled with the track listing a lot. I'm not really sure how to arrange them. Initially, I sort of wrote down the meaning of each song, and tried to get them to flow logically in some sort of narrative, but I'm not really sure how well it worked out. I felt like Home Again was a better track than We've Got Enough, or at least more approachable, so I thought it would be better for pulling people in, but you're right, it is sort of a misleading first track. After you've listened to the rest, I'd be curious to know what you think would be a good arrangement for everything (if you were willing.)

I have sort of a love/hate relationship with We've Got Enough. I think it's a decent rocky song, but at the same time I feel it's too poppy. I've never been satisfied with the verse vocals, but I'm not really sure what else to do with them. I feel as though that's just about the only way I can sing there. Maybe it's just my reservations about my voice in general. I do have a terrible habit with waffling on during my solos. I'm never really sure how to end the part. This was the best take I got after about fifteen tries, and I was hesitant to edit it in any way, but maybe I should make the song a little leaner.

I do remember your reservations about Lovely when I first posted it. As per your suggestion, I did re-record the piano part, but it looks like I didn't do a fantastic job. :) It was quite a difficult track to record because of the amount of tracks that were recorded for it. I feel like getting them to sync up as much as I did was an achievement in and of itself, but I agree that it would be better if everything were tighter. I'd like to re-record this piece with some midi stuff, but that's a bit of the ways down the road in my schooling, so I may have to get back to you on this one.

Unrequited Girl, I feel, is one of my most well recorded tracks, and one of my best tracks overall. It turned out just about how I wanted it to. I was quite surprised at the result, myself, as I really don't know what the song will sound like until I'm finished. Anyway, I'm glad you like it.

Thanks so much for listening, Em. I appreciate it. I'd love to hear what you have to say about the rest. :)
