About :30 in has some great balls to it. I'm not a huge fan of the vocals, but they work for this style of music, so that's just a preference thing. I tend towards the heavier stuff, so I'm about 1:45 in and I'm hurting for more grit, but again a personal preference thing. 2:20 is definitely some cool stuff. Like that quite a bit. I should point out that the lyrics are pretty cool as well. Well done on that. 3:30 is cool, and the heavier stuff following is perfect. Nice ballsy solo there as well.

Wow I've gotta be completely honest and say I'm disappointed. The song came in very strong and everything was sounding very good. I thought this was gonna end up being a killer punk or metal song. However the lyrics came in so slow after the speed of the intro, and the singers voice comes across to me as boring and lifeless after that, and the lyrics dont flow well together. I would speed up the lyrics. I think the guys voice is in the range to do that and it would flow better without having to change many lyrics. Your band has a great sound regardless. Still a good song.
I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I get beligerant and mildly abusive. Stay thirsty, my friends.

Thanks for sharing your song Innerdream. The instrumentals are great. The overall cohesiveness of the song was good. I think the lyrics would have been awesome in the 80's, but I think your lyricist could work harder to bring your band into today and avoid metal cliches. The photos were definitely heavy metal - which suits the music. I preferred the verses more than the chorus which I think could use more work.

cheers for the comments guys! the vocals will always be a struggle compared to other aspects of my music. I'm trying different things to improve each time!
I grew up with the 80's in full force Iron Maiden, Dio, Judas Priest so the lyrics will gravitate to that cliche in the genre, I have done many other songs which touch on more "serious" subjects!
